Wagglers or "English floats" are intended for fishing in stagnant waters.

Is usually used for fishing carp, bream, crucian carp, etc.

They are made of polyurethane balse or in combination with PVC tube or multikolor antenna. These floats have their load of brass weights that can be invariable or variable weight.
